Conditions for Certification

1. Submission of a completed Application. 
2. Submission of a signed Consent.
3. Submission of all Required Assignments and Review Questions for each Unit. 
4. Receive a passing grade (80%) for each Unit and on the Final Exam (included in the supplied course material).
5. Completion of all the above requirements within a six month time frame.

You will receive a one-time offer to transfer the credit  from the Online course towards the onsite course. The offer must be used within one year of your initial registration.
