Conditions for Certification

1. Submission of a completed Application Form.
2. Submission of a signed Consent.
3. Submission of all Required Assignments and Review Questions for each Unit. 
4. Receive a passing grade (80%) for each Unit.
5. Completion of all the requirements within a six-month timeframe.
